That the organization, in strict compliance with articles 16 of the Law of Archives of the State of Hidalgo and based on Article 34 of the Regulations of the same Law, the Governing Body of the State Archives System, validated the Catalog of Documentary Provision of the Center of Documentation and Musical Research Hidalguense, AC 2016, in the month of January 2018, for having complied with the archival methodology stipulated for that purpose, a technical instrument that reflects the general and systematic record that establishes the documentary values, the conservation periods, the documentary validity, the reservation classification or confidentiality and the final destination.
